Terms of Service
By using Donateen you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and clear.
Who can use Donateen
Users aged 12–18 with an active parent link, and parents who approve donations. By signing up you confirm the age and consent information you provide is accurate.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, final once processed, and routed to the chosen NGO via Fonzip. Donateen does not guarantee specific campaign outcomes — campaigns are run by the NGOs themselves.
Parent approval
Every donation by a user under 18 requires explicit parent approval before funds move. Parents may pause or revoke their teen's account at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the platform: no fraud, fake accounts, scraping, or attempts to bypass parental controls. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fees
Donateen does not charge teens to donate. Payment provider fees may apply and are shown before you confirm a donation.
Liability
Donateen is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for indirect damages or for the actions of NGOs receiving donations. Local consumer-protection rights still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
