What we collect
Account basics (name, email, age range), parent contact for users under 18, and donation history. Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run your account, route donations to NGOs via Fonzip, verify parental approval, and send important updates about your donations.
Who sees it
Only Donateen staff, the NGO you donate to (campaign-relevant info), and trusted processors (payments, email). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can view, export, or delete your data anytime from your account, or by emailing info@donateen.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children & parents
Users aged 12–17 require an active parent link. Parents can review activity and revoke access at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payments are PCI-compliant. We review access controls regularly.
